Quick Referral Process
Because we know you’re very busy and calls can be time consuming, you can email your Physical Therapy, FCE, Work Conditioning, Ergonomic Evaluations, Etc. to ClearComp.

Our therapy coordinator’s #1 goal is to make your job much easier and that starts with the referral.

Email the notice of injury, (NOI). Or just email the claimant’s name, phone # and the MD’s name and ph #. We’ll even get the prescription and you’ll receive an email confirmation that your referral was received. We'll schedule your referrals within 24 hours, (typically the same day), and provide you with progress reports every six visits.

Rest assured, our exceptional therapy coordinators are assigned to you as your one point

of contact from referral to return to work.
